My working journey is started in March 2011 in Saudisoft company as a Localization Engineer for 1 year.

 

 

After that, I've responsible for Bug managment cycle for Windows Services projects for 1 year.

 

Then, my title had been changed to "Software Test Engineer".

 

I've worked on

Software localization engineering is a critical complement to the software localization and software testing cycles. It covers all the steps crucial for successful localization and testing, including software analysis, build engineering and mastering, bugfixing, scripting and overall localization process automation.

My Responsibilities include Requirements analysis, create Estimations, create Test Suits & Test cases, execute Test Cases, track defects & Reporting.
 

  • Follow up the SRS and testing required documents with system analyst

  • Adding a comments to the SRS to be modified before writing the test cases

  • Reading SRS as well and set meeting with QC team to make sure that all team members understand the use cases

  • Set meeting with project managers and team leaders to put the estimation

  • Create test scenarios and implement functionality tests on tools and applications developed by the Development Team.

  • Resolve issues and bugs of tools and application rise throughout the testing process and then conduct a regression testing for assurance.

  • Maintain the quality standards set by the company while executing various tests. 

  • Develop a report of the application test outcomes, with recommendations for further improvement of the developed tools or applications.
